TH THERMO 38 STATOR HOUSING HEATER

This heater handles aluminium and cast iron stator housings with a maximum weight of 50 kg heating them up to 280C in a safe, fast and controlled way.

TM COIL HEATER

With this coil heater a gearwheel from a car gearbox can be heated up to 170C in less than 40 seconds. After 40 seconds the gear can be mounted tension free on the shaft.

TM THERMO 38 TWIN COIL

With this patented heater 4 gearwheels can be heated at once up to 170C in less than 45 seconds. This heating principle can easily be used in production line using a robot. Because there are no moving parts, the robot can easily place the gearwheel on to the heater. After the gearwheel has reached its temperature the robot can remove it and place the gearwheel on the shaft.

TM THERMO 38 ADJUSTABLE TWIN COIL

With this patented heater couplings (max. weight of 50kg) can be heated up to 170C, without placing a yoke though the bore, in a save, fast and controlled way. This heater can heat big machine parts with small bores or parts without a bore, this is not possible using the conventional way of induction heating.

TM THERMO 38 AUTOMATIC ASDJUSTABLE TWIN COIL

With this patented heater, moulds with a maximum weight of 75Kg can be heated up to 170C in less than 2 minutes. Once it is at temperature the mould can be used repeatedly in the production.

TM THERMO 38 LDC

The TM 38 LDC is a light and easy to handle induction coil which can be easily placed over the inner ring by one engineer. Within 3 minutes the inner ring is heated up to 120C and the engineer can remove the inner ring and induction coil easily. Fast and easy, one engineer can do the job.
