This universal machine is able to deburr and brush straight-tooth gears, angle gears and helical spur gears (both pinions and gear wheels).
The machine features two arms for deburring and another optional arm for brushing. Furthermore, the 160mm three-jaw spindle can be inclined from -90° to +90° with respect to the vertical rotation axis. The revolutions per minute can be regulated at the control desk by means of a potentiometer.
Items with a diameter of up to 400mm and a weight of up to 120kg can be machined. The machine is controlled by a PLC programming device with LCD display.

The deburring machine TM 400 4BP has been designed and realized by Tecnomacchine in order to deburr gear wheels and internal gears of large and small diameters.
Three adjustable towers take up gear wheels of diameters between 180 and 550mm. Using a universal chuck, it is possible to deburr internal gears of different diameters and a height of up to 210mm. The machine is able to deburr and brush gear wheels simultaneously and on both sides. It is equipped with two grinding wheels and two brushes which move automatically to load and unload the work part. The grinding machines are equipped with special shields and are served by three adjustable aspirators. The machine is equipped with an opening on top for the loading and unloading the of work part by means of bridge cranes. The arms supporting the grinding machines are equipped with a “wrist” permitting it to be entirely adjustable. After an initial setting of the grinding wheels, it is possible to quickly adjust the arms to the various diameters of the work parts to be machined by means of a simple radial translation of the different groups of “arms supporting the grinding wheel”. The programmes uploaded onto the PLC, for the operation in “auto” modus, can perform entire deburring and brushing cycles with the possibility to exclude the lower units. It is possible to carry out only deburring or only brushing cycles. The machine can be constructed according to the client’s requirements regarding diameter, weight and height of the work parts to be machined.
Deburring machine TM 600 CNC
The TM 600 CNC patented by Tecnomacchine is a deburring machine for gearwheels and pinions of large modules (up to module 42).
The machine is equipped with a rotary table and four workstations for a weight of up to 1000kg and a diameter of up to 600mm. First workstation: uploading/unloading (manually or by means of a robot) Second workstation: brushing Third workstation: chamfering on both sides by means of our innovative patented laser beam system, numerical control and a 100mm CBN grinding wheel. Fourth workstation: mechanical deburring. The set-up times are extremely short because it is only necessary to regulate the upper grinding wheel with regard to the width of the gear.
The deburring machine TM 1100 6 axes CNC is a machine designed and realized by Tecnomacchine for brushing spur gears, angle gears and gearwheels.
The machine is equipped with two tools for the chamfering of the teeth on both sides and with a brush, which performs the final cleaning of the machined work parts. All three tools are numerically controlled by means of six axes guaranteeing precision, repeatability and speed in positioning. Thanks to the numerical control it is also possible to save up to 50 operating cycles which allows to zero the set-up times when it is necessary to change the type of work part. TM 1100 6 axes CNC stands out because of its simplicity and functionality. Moving the tools, in the jog modus, the operator gathers the data to be set and in the learning mode, he fills out the programme of the operating cycle.
